ABOUT INTERNATIONAL AFRICAN MISSIONS
God’s work in Zambia and Sub-Saharan Africa was characterized by divine intervention and providential guidance. Despite challenges such as restricted registrations, God guided our every step into Zambia. Through divinely ordained connections and opportunities, the mission expanded, leading to the establishment of churches, training institutes, and a network of national pastors dedicated to spreading the Gospel across Sub-Saharan Africa, embodying the vision and mission of IAM.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
Dear Brothers & Sisters,
Greetings in the name of the Lord. Hoping and praying this letter finds all well with you and your families.
Well it’s up. Our new website. International African Missions, IAM. The site is new and fresh, but the message is still the same. A command from our King Jesus to go into all the world and preach the Gospel. To plant Churches, to disciple, to train National Pastors who will be able to train others as well. Please scroll down and check out testimonies and stories of our Men, how to support them, and others needs than you can assist with in getting the Message out to Sub-Sahara Africa. Missionaries who have partnered with us, testimonies and updates as we get them from the field. Please check out the history, and a personal testimony from the President and Co-Founder. We also have our statement of Faith so you can know what we believe and why.
I am so thankful to my Pastor, Mark Brown, and Missions Director, Randy Adams, who have partnered with us through our Local Church, First Bible Baptist Church in Blue Springs, MO. So thankful to one of our Missionaries in Botswana, Dennis & Sue Anderson and their vision and direction in helping to co-found IAM. There is much wisdom and years that come along with the Leadership of IAM and the direction the Lord is leading us into.
The Goals of IAM. To get the word out around the USA to likeminded Churches that will partner with us in reaching Sub-Saharan Africa with the Gospel. Partnering in helping support the National Church Planters. And also making our Local Church available in helping to train others in Cultural Missions along with How to plant churches on the foreign field working with the Nationals.
Thank you all for your love and prayers over the years. Many of you know my health caused me to come off the African Field. But our love for the African People has never ceased and our willingness to partner with others in reaching their Countries with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If you would like me to come and speak about IAM please contact me or Randy Adams our director and we would be more than happy to sit down, talk of the goals and visions and let you ask those questions that need to be asked. There are links on our site to contact us. If you would like to call me, my number is 816-315-5240.
To God be the glory!! Even so come Lord Jesus, but if You tarry, Lord keep us faithful to Your Word, Your Work, and Where You would have us to go. In Jesus’ name.

MEET OUR TEAM
BOBBY BONNER
President/Founder

Bobby Bonner trusted Jesus as his Savior in 1978 during his baseball career with the Baltimore Orioles. After retiring, he answered the call to serve as a missionary in Zambia with his wife Becky and their four daughters in 1989. They inherited 16 churches and established three more in their first year, while also founding the North Star Bible Institute to train local pastors. Over his time in Zambia, Bobby established over 100 churches and trained numerous leaders.
Despite health challenges preventing his return to Africa, Bobby’s desire to reach Sub-Saharan Africa led to the creation of International African Missions (IAM). Alongside his work at IAM, he serves as Associate Pastor at First Bible Baptist Church in Blue Springs, MO, where he resides with Becky and their ten grandchildren.
DENNIS ANDERSON
Co-Founder

Dennis Anderson and his family arrived in Zambia, Africa in 1987. Dennis was able to make initial contacts that were part of God's plan in developing the strategy to each Sub-Saharan Africa with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. After 17 years of serving in Africa, Dennis realized that the nationals needed a voice in the United States to assist them in training them how to reach their people rom a biblical standpoint.
Dennis' vision for International African Missions (IAM) is to train nationals biblically and provide them with the materials needed to reach their people. The vision is also to train and assist American missionaries on how to minister to African nationals.
